"I went for the first time to this practice and had two visits (one follow up). I saw Dr. Ramsey who, actually, was a bit bizarre. He kept trying to get me to go on medication I don't want. And he made assumptions about me that aren't true. They weren't contracted with my insurance so I paid cash. I had no problem doing that. However, I did want to see if my insurance company would reimburse me a few bucks so I called the billing department to have them send me a copy of my record and billing codes. That's what my insurance company wanted from me and what I have gotten once or twice when I've used out of network doctors. I never heard back from them. I called them again and spoke to a live person who said she would email me the information I needed. I never heard back from her! Between the bizarre doctor and the horrible billing department, needless to say I would NEVER recommend this practice."

"Absolutely the worst doctors office I've been to. Won't answer the phone, over books appt, has never once responded to a refill request. They'd rather you pay for an office visit to charge insurance for it. Tried talking with the owner. What a POS. Says he doesn't deal with patients. If being valued as a patient and being treated respectfully is important, I would highly suggest going anywhere else."

"Dr Ramsey and staff were outstanding! He is extremely knowledgeable, made us very comfortable and has a sense of humor. He was very patient and explained in laymen’s terms. Normally we leave a Dr’s office feeling frustrated but not with Dr Ramsey. He deserves 10 stars!"
