"I'm ashamed of myself for not posting this review sooner. I started to a few times and something happened where it didn't post and I never went back but this deserved to be posted quite some time ago. Never in my experience in dealing with any business has anyone went as above and beyond as Steve did for me. I was stranded with a flat tire on my Corvette. The roadside app wouldn't allow me to get assistance with the tire, only to tow the car. Not just any truck can tow a Corvette therefore I didn't want to get it towed. I was in a predicament because they wouldn't let me go any farther without requesting the tow. my phone battery was dying I was limited to what I was going to be able to do in the next few minutes. As I spoke with his office assistant he was hearing our conversation. Steve actually stopped what he was doing and came to air my tire up with his OWN device from his OWN vehicle on his OWN time. He restored every bit of faith I'd lost in customer service . His actions that day spoke volumes of the kind of person he is and I would recommend anybody to get insurance from this agency if they're able"
