"This is the second time I have dealt with this company. The first time there were billing issues. This time, even worse. The owner, Bruce, bid about $1,500 to install a small system in a new casita. I paid $600 during the project leaving a balance of $900. When it was completed he sent me an invoice for $1,900 with a bunch of changes in the prices and add ons which were not justified. I paid the original contract amount with extra for a universal remote he forgot to bid or install. Now, when the system is not operating correctly he refuses to honor the warranty and fix the problem. Totally dishonest. POSTSCRIPT Because Bruce and his chief tech Ringo would not fix my universal remote as detailed above, had to hire a different company to fix. RIngo stupidly failed to securely attach the cable on the receiver-a 2 minute fix. Coupled with their inability to figure out how to get the TV to work because they did not know they had to remove a filter-they thought the cable strength too weak-clearly shows they have not idea what they are doing. They do, however, know how to try to charge for work they did not do, parts they did not use, and how to fail to honor they warranty they extend. To those happy with their work, just wait."

"I have been using Imagine Audio Video ever since my house was built in North Scottsdale during covid and Ringo and the other guys are the absolute best! Always able to make it over quickly and have competitive rates. They have helped me with everything from my in-ceiling speakers, mounting TVs, thermostats, security system, literally everything. Have been able to troubleshoot over the phone on occasion as well. Overall, I highly recommend."

"I've used Imagine Audio twice now. Once three years ago and once just a month and a half ago. This company really knows what they're doing. They ran the wire, installed the speakers and subwoofer, hung my 80" flat screen, and hooked all of our devices up that go to the TV. They do an amazing job and that's two times now that I've worked with them. The prices were reasonable too. I would recommend them to anyone."
