"Lula and her office help kept sending us the wrong paperwork for months. Because of that we lost our low rate. Then Lula disappeared for a month and didn’t warn us. We needed to insure another vehicle and the office help didn’t seem to care. My husband and I after 6 months of fighting and no progress we decided to leave.... There is a reason why she has no reviews online! It’s not just us either. My in-laws have been fighting with her about a couple different cars also. Not once did any of us at least get an apology. I do not recommend her to anyone."
