"I've been coming here for a long time to have numerous prescriptions refilled. I've never had an issue and the staff have always been polite. I figured they deserve a positive review rather than the opposite. "This place has become horrible with people panhandling outside but last night was the worst. They allow people to walk around and harass you for money in the store now!! I ended up leaving without what I needed due to some lady that followed me around begging for money. Told the cashier and she didn't seem to care. Manager please get this under control."
"Had so many mistakes. I finally went and ordered most of my medications online via my insurance which was a good thing as they send it to my home and I never had a problem with those. Unfortunately I still have one prescription that I cannot recieve online. So I have to continue with the stress, mistakes and delays. I checked and was told my prescription would be ready by 6pm. Good thing I called it wasn't even there. Then I'm told it would be ready in the morning by 8am. Again not there. Now I'm told it will be ready by tomorrow 8am when i spoke with a person who told me it will be ready once they recieve it from Arizona. That they have a new program that is not a very good one."
"I had a great experience at this Walgreens. The pharmacist, Thui, goes by "Sandy," dropped everything to help me out with new insurance questions for my partner. My partner and I were having issues understanding her new insurance Rx coverage and she went out of her way to print out information on this insurance. I am grateful for her kindness and would recommend this Walgreens location for great customer service."
