CVS Pharmacy

"Mark is the absolute WORST. He is rude and condescending. Each time I interact with him he is visibly annoyed the entire time. Today I waited for several minutes at the counter and he looked at me a few times and did not acknowledge me at all, to the point where I checked the hours sign thinking maybe they were closed. Normally someone would greet a customer and say "be right with you!" Nothing from him. He finally came over, never made eye contact and exchanged no pleasantries. Mark- why are you in this industry if you disdain interacting with people?!"

"The pharmacist that helped me today was so rude. He refused to listen and asked me to calm down when I was trying to explain what was happening with my medicine. He was rude and condescending."

"Made a flu shot appointment and was told when we arrived that they couldn’t get to us."

"Hands down the worst Pharmacy experience I've ever had. Came here four times to get prenatal vitamins and for some reason they just weren't getting the prescription. It wasn't until the fourth time and I brought in a physical copy of the prescription that they were able to get it done. What's the point of insurance if the pharmacy is just not going to give you your prescription. Obviously you can buy prenatals but they're expensive, and my insurance covers the cost of them through pharmacy soooo obvious choice. Definitely will not be sending future prescriptions through them."

"This CVS is inside a Target if you have difficulty finding it. Staffs are efficient and helpful. The only thing is they close early at 7pm, but the staffs are so helpful they don't mind the trouble sending your prescription to another nearby open till late CVS to fill."
