"Got a notice my prescription was ready and they didnt even have it in stock when I arrived. Were not nice about it and this is the 3rd time they couldn't fill a very important med. I would not suggest this location. They always seem irritated"

"I went to pick up my medicine and wanted to use GoodRx instead of my insurance, as it was a better price with GoodRx. They told me they did not accept GoodRx and they would accept SingleCare or Visory Health. I found a good deal for my medicine on Visory Health. They then refused to take that discount program because I had insurance and they would be paid more through my insurance. So, if I didn't have insurance, I could use the discount program, but not if I had insurance. I will go back to Walgreen's for my pharmacy needs."

"These 5 stars go to Mick. Honestly this guy just knows what he’s doing, doesn’t make excuses and knows how to be a pharmacy tech. This is a busy Frys and pharmacy so yeah you’ll wait if you’re bringing in a new script, but for refills and everything else in between they will help. Just know Mick.. he’s a real one."

"Just don’t. Pick another pharmacy. Any other pharmacy. Just don’t pick this one. The employees are incredibly rude, unhelpful, and honestly disrespectful. I’m not one to write reviews very often but this one is the result of many poor experiences with this Fry’s Pharmacy. Not only do prescription refills take up to a week to be filled, but they’re unapologetic when your child needs a medication and they don’t “feel” like filling it even though they’ve had the prescription for 24 hours or more. This might be a company culture problem. This might be a pay problem. This might be a short staffed and overworked problem. I’m not sure, but Fry’s needs to figure it out fast. Team members are either incredibly unhappy or Frys only hires jerks!"
