"I would really like to change pharmacy, because this one is farther away than I'd like. However, for the last 2+ years the service has been excellent almost every single time. I don't dare try anywhere else. (If it ain't broke...) Was in yesterday and the Pharmacy Asst was pretty busy and had a person with a Rx issue. It was raining outside and cold. People were a bit testy. The Assistant kept calm, efficient, friendly and professional throughout."

"There is NEVER EVER NEVER anyone working checkout at LUNCH time in the garden or sports area on the East side of the store. This is the time we need to get in and out as quickly as possible. There are no signs up stating no one is working and no people around to ask. I always just end up having to leave my stuff in the cart and just walk out. I do not have time to walk to the main parts of the store when I am at lunch and in a hurry. Please send backup cashiers to work or put up a sign that there is NEVER going to be anyone there at lunch!"
