"the CVS team within the Target pharmacy on Longmore truly works as a team. They work well together, within a good work environment and it shows. For me there's no reason to shop other pharmacies; they are caring, knowledgeable, have helped when needing a coupon because of insurance issues, and have never made me feel like I am adding to their work load (even when you are aware that you are - such as insurance authorizations that we have no control of how often they are requested). With the ins auth - they are taking the Dr order and stopping it. CVS is aware that to go an amount of time without the prescription written for us it could impact our health- something the insurance company seems to forget. I appreciate them, and everything they have going for them... I don't think they could work so well, if not being held together by a great lead. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable & appreciated. tyvm!"
"I had a really bad experience at another cvs trying to transfer my daughters prescription from another pharmacy. I was nervous about calling this location but with my insurance I had to find a new pharmacy. I already forgot the woman's name but she was so nice, helpful, understanding of the entire situation, and she was quick with the transfer. Even pick up was quick and easy. Good customer service all around."
