"They do not ship what they said they would there shipping was $30.00 I confirmed exactly what the quantities and items would be they said they would ship not reputable and deceiving Do NOT TRUST or Order from VERITAS!!!!"

"I've used this pharmacy for many years and have had no problems until recently. Now they didn't input my prescription refill in time , even though it was called in on time, causing me to have to book another doctors appointment to get a new prescription. Then they delayed refilling the new prescription and now are saying it will be another 2 weeks to get it filled. I've been out of my medication for 5 weeks because of pure incompetence. It's sad I have to write this review but this is 100% unacceptable. Their response is not factually accurate, it was actually their fault for put putting the refill in their system in a timely manner."

"Really poor experience with this company. Took over 2.5 weeks to receive my order even though it’s 2 day shipping. Very disappointed with the poor communication and lack of responsibility taken by the company for mistakes made. Then on top of it all, they sent my prescription to the wrong address. And when my order finally arrived to the correct address, they included another patient’s receipt! Hello, HIPAA!? They finally agreed to refund the shipping cost due to their error and the refund never went through. I had to spend more time again calling to get the refund they promised - this time spoke with someone named Caitlan Fudge - she was pretty rude and not apologetic at all. Still waiting to see the refund actually come through. Will report back. Won’t be using this pharmacy in the future!"

"I am very unhappy with this pharmacy. They were to release a hold on my prescription (which I had placed and removed). I was told I the prescription would be mailed in the next couple days and to expect it. This was roughly 3 weeks ago. I just called and a receptionist answered my call to inform me that it was not mailed out as expected 3 weeks ago and he could get it mailed out at the earliest -- as soon as Tuesday. As this is unsatisfactory, I asked for a manager and was placed on hold for over 6 minutes and then the call was terminated by someone other than me. I tried calling back, and the phone tree placed me on hold for over 3-5 minutes without any answer, presumably because it was then after hours."

"I've used this pharmacy for about 3 years at the recommendation of my doctor. However, their customer service has declined drastically in the past 6 months. I was spoken to rudely and told they left me a voicemail, when my T-Mobile phone records indicate that I never received any calls from anyone that day and never received any calls from them for an entire week following. Kaitlyn from Vertisis said 3-4 days or more for processing plus shipping time was normal at any pharmacy. However, I easily found one near me with same day processing and better pricing. I do not recommend this pharmacy.I have advised my physician to stop recommending Vertisis."
