"I have an autoimmune disease and went to pick up meds I have not been on before. The pharmacist, Miranda Isome, was so sweet. She said "I'm so sorry you have to go through this". I almost started crying. She was so sympathetic to my condition and went over my new meds with me. You never know what a simple gesture of kindness can do for someone."

"i went to pick up syringes for my dad who is diabetic so i walked up to a lady with black hair. i had a picture of the bag with all the info on it and she interrupted me to ask if i had a prescription ( you don’t need a prescription to buy syringes ) i said no i just need the syringes not the insulin and she said i needed a prescription and that a couldn’t buy them so i call my dad and tell him and we’re both confused so he asks to talk to her so i put it on speaker and she walks away so i wast more gas pick my dad up and we go back and someone else help us and it took 2 minutes but the attitude this lady had for absolutely no reason is unprofessional"

"Took my daughter for a COVID-19 Vaccine. The pharmacy was super unorganized. There is an Asian woman who administers the shots and she was absolutely not prepared when they opened. Although they state they take walk-ups, there was a man who signed up after us but was taken before us by this woman. When it was our time to get the vaccine, she acted like she did not know how to calm a scared child and said she couldn’t do it. Then finally we were able to get the shot done. Afterwards she still ignored us and would not provide our vaccine card. She gave others their cards who came way after us and received shots way after us. She seemed confused & did not provide a good experience at all for my 6 yr old child. In total we waited to get the card for over 50 mins after the shot was administered. They have little help and need to be thoroughly trained on customer service. Will NOT go back to this pharmacy & not recommended."
