"Not well maintained, bad seating (seats are very squeaky and smaller theaters use the middle as an aisle where all the best seats should be), and you can't even order from a human. It's all self-service and it's way overpriced of course. Only come here if you're a Stubs A-list member."

"Visited this theater for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. As others have mentioned if you use GPS it will guide you to the front of the building and you’ll need to go around back to find the parking lot. The parking lot is very dingy and probably the o my reason I wouldn’t come back to this location as the entrance is small and easily gets overcrowded especially as cars are trying to exit. You will get a ticket as you enter the parking lot but the theater will validate it for four hours. The elevators do not work and considering other reviews from several months ago state the same I doubt they ever work so be prepared to walk up about four flights of stairs or so to get to the actual theater unless you park on the higher level. The seating at this theater looked to be in great condition and the tables at each seat are much larger than I have seen at other AMC dine in theaters. I ordered food to be delivered to my seat before the movie started however the food did not arrive at the time selected in the app and was cold to the touch. Considering I spent $40 on the food at the bare minimum it should be hot, which leads me to think the food was just sitting in the back and no one bothered to bring it in a timely fashion which should have led to them remaking the order before bringing it to me. Nonetheless I do believe this theater is better than the other AMC Dine In theaters as it’s built to model Studio Movie Grill, which is now closed, and not your typical AMC theater."

"Very disappointed in this theatre. Came on a Tuesday with my husband after seeing the $5 deal on a small drink and a popcorn advertised on the AMC app. No such deal exists here. In theatre five, they have reclining seats but when you recline, half of the screen is cut off by the incredibly tall dividers they have in each row. If your theatre can’t accommodate the recliners, then don’t get them or advertise and charge more for them. Will never be back."

"Google directions are for the front of the building near the bank. I drove around back and found the parking garage with an arrow for AMC dine-in. Handicap parking was limited. The elevator did not work and escalators only worked inbound. Theater is clean and you are greeted upon entering. I attended a private screening. Movie props are available for photos.There are 3 screens on each sides to order food. 1 bar. You can also purchase merchandise on the screen. Before making purchase you can also add your AMC rewards. Prices are comparable to a bar and grill. There was an employee walking around assisting customers on screen orders. Seats are properly labeled with a light up number. Trays are sturdy. An employee delivered popcorn and drinks with merchandise. I kept my receipt and reminded her about my classic burger order, she said someone else would bring it. Another employee brought it out 2-4 mins later. The classic burger was tasty but the cherry coke was a bit flat. If you aren’t very tall, the upper row has a restricted view. Bathrooms were clean and properly labeled with handicap stalls. The staff was friendly and courteous. Parking is validated (4 hours) and the machine is across from the bar. It’s placed in a table in front of customer service. You do it by yourself and it’s very convenient."
