Sam's Club Pharmacy

"Been a customer of this Sams Pharmacy for years. I fill ~25K of prescriptions with them yearly but when I needed them the most, they were not able to delivery and delayed my treatments. Tried to fill a prescription and was told pharmacy didn't have any. I trusted them to fill it that day and they did not. the next day was a holiday so now going on 3rd day without this critical new prescription. In calling other pharmacy's everyone had anticipated the need for this drug and had more than plenty on hand 24/7, also many stated that if not on-hand would be able to get drug within hours. Sams made no attempt to expedite getting the drug the same day and on opening 2 days later still did not have the drug. When I needed my pharmacy the most, they did not even try to help a long-time customer. I would highly recommend that you find different pharmacy as this one will not be there for you when you need them the most."

"Have been using this pharmacy for 2 yrs and have always been treated as a if family. Staff is always willing to help make sure you get your Rx taken care of ASAP. The pharmacist also is always willing to help answer your questions as soon as possible. As a bonus, if you get there at the right time(s) you can hit the sample carts for dinner or at least happy hour!"
