"I waited over 45 mins for a hotdog! People who order in line was getting their orders before scan and go! What is the point of pre paying if I’m waiting even longer. There was no mustard or onions. The pizza was burn like always. This location cafe should be close they didn’t even have the fruit punch. Just trash!"

"Was a fan of this location up until the club pick up person couldn't help change a pick up name. Even when I called into the store she was standing next to the rep helping me on the phone telling them they are not allowed to do it. I find it crazy that in this day and age a giant company like Sam's club doesn't have a way to verify a person by either over the phone or online and not even try to find a way to do that. If you are walking in the people are friendly but so many of us now order online and pick up but if your order is not perfect don't expect any help from that department."

"Do not use online photo department, terrible compared to what Costco used to have and what others offer. Sam's referenced 3x what store did you place order in, in such broken English it was hard for us to understand. Apparently you cannot enter a unit number or a suite number or a floor because it drops it off of the address so when placing an order if you have a complex order or an order going to a building that has multiple floors or suites or desk I would refrain from ordering online because their system drops off anything but a street address. I did call the store, I did call online four times one time was 58 minutes the other one is 38 minutes and the other one is 26 minutes and I'm still waiting for call back did speak with people but the English is so poor and they say you need to call us after you get your order to change the address. I have never entered my address without a floor and unit number because in our large building we will never get the mail otherwise. Ordering chips is out of the question, my first year with Sam's and likely after this run around wasting half a Sunday I won't renew. Store can't or is unable to assist and customer service unable or incapable of doing anything to assist other then repeating asinine information not asked and not answering any questions or coming up with any helpful suggestion. After literally hours, hearing please call us back if you have a question with your order (that won't get delivered as they dropped half the address to a 12 story building with various required wings, etc). Highly suggest you not use photo department online as it is a terrible system dropping floor #s, Suite #s, or Floors."

"Abysmal customer service. I waited in line for 35 minutes to return a couple items. The person at the counter took 5 minutes, the next person took 5 minutes, and the person in front of me took 25 minutes. They each had no more than 5 items. This whole time, there was only 1 member service person there. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I asked the member services person to call somebody else up to help and she just completely ignored me. One of the others standing in line had to get the door person to call in for help. After another 10 minutes of waiting, a team lead finally came to help. But rather than helping me complete my return, he decided it would be funny to just stand there and talk to me instead. His responses to my concerns were apathetic and he had a sarcastic, uncaring grin on his face. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Don't buy anything at Sam's you will have to return, or you will likely regret it like I did."

"Great location however, the loading docks are a mess! The staff back there have an attitude problem. We were there an hour before our appointment and told that we couldn't dock, eventhough all the docks were empty. We were also told that we could not come inside to use the restroom until our appointment time. Off loading took two hours! The restroom was one of the most disgusting I've ever run across! This store should take more pride in their appearance and hire more polite staff."
