"Standing there being ignored by every employee. No bags no carts no baskets. Put everything back....."
"Some flamboyant sounding employee (male) refused to check for a general type of product availability for me over the phone, gave no reason why, and expressed a very unhelpful attitude. I was then put on hold after a dramatic exclamation ("oh my god") and hung up on without receiving the help I asked for. Not sure if the hold system is poorly designed or if the employee was dumping my call. Nathan from the Greenfield and University store was much more helpful. This location ought to rid themselves of such disrespectful weight."

"Very kind and curtious staff, they also had plenty of seasonal merchandise! Had to much to choose from, very easy to find anything you could want. Everyday is a half off tag day! Super savings! Saturday is everything in the store half price! Wow love the savings!"
"Lots of obviously broken and torn items, but I did find a nice Dior jacket. Great selection of used men's underwear. The rude older blonde woman at the register was kind enough to give a joyless "have a blessed day" before I left."
