Abe and Sarge care about the customers that come and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I have spent many nights here studying and smoking. "Seems nice until the owner allows regulars to bring in full course meals that stink up the whole room and make it impossible to enjoy $25+ hookah. On the building there's a sign that reads "no outside food or drink," and when requested to enforce this posted rule, Abe the owner refused to and did not even offer a discount or to improve the situation what-so-ever. If you're not a regular here, you won't get good customer service and will walk away having wasted money on an unenjoyable experience."

"A friend and I decided to visit a hookah lounge yesterday. After a quick google search Silver Q popped up. Finding the place was interesting due to it not having any sort of sign on the outside (apparently they’re working on that) just a neon Open sign. But it sits in between a bar and Big Lots. A friendly guy was working the counter and didn’t mind answering any questions I had. He would also come around regularly with fresh coal for the Hookahs which was cool. Only criticism I have is that the air wasn’t circulating enough for me because the A/C seemed to only come on intermittently. Also, the sound system could be better (also a work in progress) and the guy working could have chose better movies lol. But otherwise, I had a very nice time at Silver Q."

Move and makes the place lively Petra and Abe are sweethearts and always have an open ear. Abe, Jasper, Petra, And Paul are the ones I look forward to seeing everyday. Silver q has great hookah and is very creative with mixes.
