"I think they should always have at least one cashier on register. There are times when I go and there's nobody on register and it's only self checkout. But I buy a lot of items at once. So I don't like to go through self check out."

"THE PAST FEW TIMES, ONE one of the Pharmacy techs has been a little rude , and making personal comments about the customer's family member. I realize they are under a lot of stress and and short of help because of their speciality. However, that's not my problem. If she prefers the customer wait until ALL of the prescripts are filled , then I suggest, she be more thorough in her text messages. rather than saying , your prescript. is ready. just a suggestion. "My prescription was filled 2 hours previous to me showing up. When I arrived I was told I had to wait 15 mins (for my 7 pills to be counted) after watching literally everyone being helped in from of me, she tells me that now they will start filling my prescription"

"I brought in a prescription for my cat. The pharmacist basically refused to take it. Saying she would have to order it and it will be very expensive. I asked what she thought the price would be and she said she didn't know. So I walked away from the drop off feeling extremely dismissed and confused. I went to the pick up for one of my prescriptions, the lady in front me had stepped away so I thought she was finished. I walked up to the counter and the male tech barked at me to step back, the lady in front of me was still being seen. She had stepped away to pick up items which I was unaware of. Once it was my turn I asked him if they could fill my cats prescription and if not why, because my sister has the same exact prescription for her cat at the other fry's on 22nd. The lady pharmacist came back over and said she would take it and to call her Sunday. Horrible customer service, like they were doing me a favor by doing their job? I will be moving all my prescriptions to the 22nd location."
