"I visit over five Fry's stores in Tucson, AZ. on a regular basis to see how they feel in atmosphere, appearance and the overall experience with the Employees. The Fry's store on 22nd Street and Harrison stands high above the others I have shopped at over over five years. I tend to shop morning because everything is generally set up in place and Employees are smiling and Friendly. I have been admiring how the atmostphere feels upon walking in to find that it has been consistently very comfortable and friendly every time! The Floral Department is first and is always so beautiful to start. Alexis has a real talent in creating a delightful area which is outstanding! The Produce Department is my favorite area and is always where I spend the most time. Tara and Octavio are both hard working, extremely knowledgeable on their products and very kind! I can't help but notice how eye catching all the displays are throughout the Produce Department not to mention very good quality and prices. I tend to shop the fresh outer sections throughout the rest of the clean store. The Meat Department is big and there are plenty of super nice Employees working to stock and answer questions. Lydia is so nice and always smiling. I notice how other Employees including Roberto and the Store Manager, Melissa working side by side with Employees, which is a sign of a "Great Manager!" I have grown to enjoy just walking through and appreciating all the Employees at this store do for the Customers! I feel great at Self Checkout because of Linda and Laura are generally there to see if all is well or if I need any help. I really believe this Fry's sets the bar on getting things right as a team. Everyone in this Store pulls together and creates a wonderful shopping experience for me consistently! Congratulations to the entire Team at this Fry's location for creating Excellence!!!"

"I have been buying flowers from Alexis the floral manager for over a year and a half, every month she makes the most beautiful arrangements for my Fiance, she always makes sure the arrangements look unique and makes sure they are in a different vase, she is always so nice and happy to see us when we come to pick them up. I appreciate you so much Alexis, Thank you !"

"The supermarket where you feel like a criminal, your shopping cart locks up entering and leaving and your are filmed and your checkout is stopped regularly because the cameras think you didn't scan something but when you actually did it perfectly correct. (Yes this happens regularly on the location 22nd and Harrison in Tucson) and store manager ANITA tells you if you don't like it you can go to a cashier.. When you say you feel you are being treated like a criminal. Asked to speak to the manager at customer service and greeted with immediate nasty tone, no sorry, no apathy and then told "WHY should I have to apologize to you?" this is the customer service you train your managers to have? Anita, how about your chatting it up with your co-worked while i'm struggling to do self checkout with your new big brother security system stopping everything and you give an attitude and say I'm doing it wrong when I clearly didn't do anything wrong (play back the video) I scanned the item and placed it in the bad.. seriously. I was then asked to leave when I started to record the encounter and I was told this it is private property. You clearly have something to hide if you don't want me to record the encounter and ask a customer that buys $200 in groceries weekly to leave.. Obviously a tactic of someone that wants to hide something. I will never shop at Frys again. Anita store manager 22nd & Harrison Tucson"

"This is not my "regular" Fry's, but was very near the Urgent Care where we had been. This location was clean and fairly well stocked (employees were already cleaning and restocking shelves at 8 p.m.) It was adequately staffed and they were friendly and helpful. My visit was brief as I plan to go to my regular store tomorrow for all my weekly groceries. I would definitely return to this store when needed."
