"Do not go here! The employees are very very disrespectful and rude. 85% of the time they have an attitude whenever you call or have a question. Unfriendly. Also it is a nightmare every time to get them on the phone. My doctor tried for three hours to call them regarding an emergency prescription and they kept hanging up on her. I don’t know who manages the pharmacy but this place needs a serious change. This is no way to treat people. And the sad thing is that nothing will change because they don’t care what people think. Fire everyone and hire people that would gladly have a job there and do a good job"
"Very disappointed in the service. I changed to Fry's pharmacy on Valencia for convenience since I shop there. The general attitude is borderline rude. They send ot alerts saying a prescription is ready and none is found upon arrival. They state a prescription will be ready on a certain date and it is not filled. I only stay here in the winter months. I will be changing to another pharmacy"
"I love this Fry's! It's always so clean. The employees are always helpful and fast. My 2 year old has been at the checkout crying a couple of times and they've given her stickers to calm her down. No doubt the best in Tucson."
