"Contrary to some of the other reviews, I’ve had a number of awful experiences with Briana Jarrell, one of the pharmacists here. She is condescending. She and her fellow technicians have customer service skills so poor they’d make post office workers blush. Indeed, they appear to relish telling customers (or at least me,) the various reasons why a medication isn’t ready. In general, you can tell they’re prioritizing managing their own workloads over actually helping customers get their meds. These folks are clearly over-worked and under-staffed, (there’s ALWAYS a line.) I don’t begrudge them this, but ultimately, a retail pharmacist is in customer service—Briana seems not to have realized. Moreover, no pharmacist, apart from her, has ever made me feel weird about the medicines I’m prescribed. It’s honestly bafflingly. I never write reviews, but I feel mistreated and I’m not sure what other recourse I have. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to."
