"I was referred to us health threw my payroll company and met with one of there agents Cheyenna at my office. Initially i was looking for a group health insurance plan for my employees and at the same time a new plan for myself and family ,Cheyenne explained to me that due to a pre-existing it would be difficult for me to get private coverage and i would need to look at Az market place plans ,this was not my preference but i trusted Cheyenna knew her industry and would advise me accordingly . I ended up agreeing to individual private plans for the employee's and after going threw the coverages with Cheyenna in particular prescription coverages "my son and i both take a rather expensive medication" , Cheynna checked and confirmed for me that these would be covered under the plan i had landed on . A United Health Care Insurance Plan "US Health's parent company . I ran in to what i thought would be a simple issue it started with my prescriptions being declined at my pharmacy and then i was locked out of United health cares customer web site , If you don't know ill explain that it is near impossible to accomplish anything without going threw the site or app . after 3 weeks and over 13 hours on the phone with the customer service and tech department at United Health Care i still cant log in to the site but i did discover that the medication i was told where covered under the plan "by Cheyenna " where not covered under the plan , I called Cheyenna to explain my problem and request her assistance in helping resolve it . Cheyenna told me no she couldn't do anything that it wasn't her problem ,and that she wasn't responsible , she admitted that it had been her mistake that she had given me incorrect information and made the excuse that her reference material was incorrect ,but she was able to pull up the policy very quickly and confirm they where not covered under the plan after all . "keep in mind the Insurance agency she represents is owned by the insurance company my policy is with " After all Cheyenna had to say i explained to her that i was loosing confidence in her and the company i chose to work with and i was reconsidering the other policies i am covering for employees that where written threw her as well . this seemed to make Cheyenna angry and she started yelling at me something along the lines of she didn't think it was fair that i would "PUNISH HER" for something that "Wasn't Her Fault " by taking my business elsewhere ! Isn't this exactly why we work with agents ? She is the professional. Is it really to much to expect that she knows her product ,we trust them to advise us and be honest with us . In the end I would think that after making a mistake she could at least take accountability and try to help correct the situation ,What i got from Cheyenna was an admission of the mistake made but a complete lack of accountability . Customer service isn't always about what is accomplished or not accomplished .sometimes it is about the effort made on behalf of the customer . I made the decision what plan i would take but i made that decision based on the information Cheyenna gave me ,that information was incorrect , Instead making an effort to correct her mistake she blamed me , the insurance company , the health care market place, her reference material .and made no effort to assist . i intend on filing a complaint with AZ DIFI in regards to the situation as well as bbb and az attorney generals office"
"I've known Michael Wansten about 7 years now. He's always given me sound counsel and good advice, but allows me to make up my own mind. Michael doesn't use high pressure sales tactics. He's friendly and professional. When he told me he could save me money and get me more benefits with his Cigna Health Plan I was eager to learn more because I knew Blue Cross Blue Shield had been raising my premiums, but not providing me more benefits. My doctor of over 25 years and Advocate Health was in Cigna's plan. I know for a fact I paid a lot more for prescriptions with Blue Cross. I'm a healthy guy, but germs travel! I got Bronchitis this week. Z-Pack and Codine were prescribed by my doc and I was pleasantly surprised my out of pocket cost was $1.72. Not a typo. See picture. Michael Wansten and US Health Advisors of Scottsdale, AZ have my highest recommendation."
