ClearMatch Medicare

"I went on line to shop for new Medicare Rx plans and possibly a dental plan. Before having time to do any research, I received a call from this agency and decided to accept their assistance. The agent/representative who called me was very helpful and set me up with both plans. She was also very kind and friendly. Then I received my dental plan document… The services I was told that were a covered benefit were listed as specific exclusions to the plan, a pricey plan for dental insurance. Although willing to pay the premium for the services I was told were covered, I am not willing to pay when they have these exclusions. After leaving several messages for the representative to call me, I received no call. I went through customer service who connected me directly with her. When I explained the situation, she stated she would get clarity on the coverage and call me back. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago, she has not called. So, I have called customer service and requested a change in representatives. The customer service agent referred me to my representative’s supervisor and he left her a message about the situation and asked her to call me. 4 days later, no call. I will eventually get this resolved though not sure how at this point. Sadly, VERY poor (or nonexistent) follow through from this company. Wishing I completed my research on my own now."
