"Quite possibly one of the worst professional encounters I’ve had in my career. I called Group Plans for information on policies (premiums, deductibles and out of pockets) and was instructed that I must make an appointment with Chad Eisinger. No problem, he was out of town and the only person who could provide the information I was looking for, according to the woman who scheduled the appointment. Not only was Chad nearly 30 minutes late to our appointment, but his entitled tone and lack of understanding and information only contributed to an already frustrating situation. While Chad was unwilling to share 2023 marketplace information with me, he told me I could find it online. When I asked where on the website it might be, he said “It’s somewhere on there.” I can’t imagine why anyone would want to work with this man and I’m personally shocked by the lack of customer service and professionalism from a “2nd generation insurance broker.”"
