"Kim the pharmacist assistant was super helpful. My friend was from out of town and he forgot his prescription at home. So Kim call the other Walmart pharmacy to have the prescription transfered over. We waited for only 20 minutes. Thank you"
"Worst Wal-Mart Pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. The technicians are inexperienced, excessively young and ignorant. The pharmacists are also inexperienced and ignorant. This pharmacy isn't like other pharmacies. They have a different pharmacist working each day of the week, so they have about 7 different pharmacists, so when you call or go in-person then they don't know what you're talking about and they don't know who you are. It also looks like they have a lot of young student pharmacists that work there, so if you want sub-par low quality service then come to this pharmacy. Also, we noticed that the pharmacists here act like they believe they're an MD Medical Doctor when they're just a pharmacist. Pharmacists DON'T go to Medical school and they DON'T do a post-medical school fellowship, so pharmacists SHOULD'T act like they know more than an MD Medical Doctor. Shame on the pharmacists at this pharmacy."
"Every experience so far at this pharmacy has been less than ideal. During my initial visit, the pharmacy tech and female pharmacist refused to fill my RX due to not having an insurance card. I told them I had a discount card and wanted to use that and they refused for insurance purposes. I left in tears because I was in pain and waited days for my RX card to come in the mail. Once it arrived, I went back to fulfill the prescriptions and was told they’d be ready in a couple hours. Fast forward to pick up, only half the order is ready, the other 2 are out of stock. I wasn’t informed of this until pick up. I asked if they could mail the rest, as it’s a service they offer and I don’t want to waste gas returning since it wasn’t ready. The pharmacy tech agreed, only for me to receive notification it’s ready for pickup. When I get there, I’m told I actually only have 1 medication, they made a mistake, & they submitted for delivery so they’re unsure why I had to pick it up. My receipt says patient will pick up! So fine .. mistakes happen. I fulfill my next prescription with them. The prescription is wrong again! I went to pick it up and it’s a completely different medication than my doctor prescribed. The Asian male pharmacist asked me, “well, what do you want me to do, hold on to it?” Like, yes, what else do I want you to do with incorrect medication?? I’m so tired of wasting my gas to pick up medication that isn’t actually ready or is inaccurate. This team clearly lacks concern for their customers. I’ve been waiting on my medication since Wednesday. It’s now Sunday. Do you think anyone has reached out or tried to get my correct medication? The fact that the medication is listed correctly on my patient portal, but the pharmacy can’t get it right is flabbergasting. I’m in pain and would like to be treated like a human being instead of a walking bank. How dare you try to make me pay for the wrong medication. More than likely, they’re out of stock as they were the first time and I’m getting the runaround. Completely unprofessional and frustrating for someone who needs medication."
"Worst pharmacy ever! 3 days ago, I dropped off a prescription, and they said they were working on it. I came back later and they said it wasn't in stock! They promised to have it in a day or two and that they would deliver it to my house. 3 days later, I didn't hear anything, so I called. Now they claimed that my insurance didn't cover it! My doctor specifically prescribed this because it was supposed to be covered! Even if that were true, why didn't they tell me 3 days ago? Totally unprofessional! I'm never using this pharmacy again!"
