"We've been with Primrose since 2017 (over 6 years). Our now 8 year old, started when she was 1 1/2. I was very hesitant to send her anywhere, but loved the hours (6:30AM-6:30PM) and that lunch and snacks were included. We ended up loving all of her teachers throughout the years (she stayed in Primrose through Kindergarten). Our only negative throughout those years was high turnover, but I'm convinced it had a lot to do with the previous owners. When you pay your employees crap and treat them terrible, there's only so much you can love children before that doesn't become important anymore. Luckily, there is new owners, and some of our favorite employees have even returned since! We started our youngest daughter in the infant classroom at 12 WEEKS (shot out to the most incredible infant teachers ever)! I would never send my infant to daycare unless I whole heartedly trusted the staff and they took care of her and continue to do so. She's now 3 and we still have her at Primrose and plan to keep her there until Kinder as well. We love all the ladies at the front desk (Brockey, Friendt, Tolpe) and all the teachers (Soto, Mirenda, Sherry Cherry, Stotts, Lewis, DeSantos, Fig and the list goes on). We love that we get updated throughout the day with meals, photos and potty/diaper changes on the app they use, Procare as well. Only thing I always wish and hope for in the future is that the staff is appreciated and paid what they deserve! They spend more time with our kids than we do! If you're ever curious about Primose Palm Valley, just schedule a tour and you can see for yourself the way it's run and how happy the kids are there."
"About 2 months ago I had left a review giving Primrose 3 stars. Previously, I had been trying to apply for child care subsidy through my employer and didn’t have the best experience. Thankfully Andrea Sornberger (Regional Manager) became involved and was able to help in the process. She has been nothing but kind and helpful throughout the entire process & I cannot thank her enough for her help. My daughter loves her school, teacher & friends. Very happy with our choice & hoping to have our youngest enrolled when there is availability."
"I had chosen this place for day care despite their bad reviews. Then we decided not to move forward because we weren’t ready yet to put our child in day care. They did not refund me the money and they were not considerate of our situation. Very rude after I told them I’m no longer putting my child through their day care. Waist of money and I’m glad I listened to my gut not to bring my daughter here!"
"We started at Primrose almost 10 years ago when our oldest child was just over a year old. Turnover seemed to be a challenge during the earlier days of COVID, but things have settled down and we've seen some amazing staff who have been there consistently and a few have even had each of our four children over the years. We are down to our last child in preschool and are so extremely happy that the same teacher who had #3 now has #4. Ms. Tolp is an extraordinary teacher with a real love for the kids, which is so evident in how much the kids love her back. My 3 year old simply adores her and it makes life so much easier when you have that type of confidence in the school and providers. We have seen ups and downs over the years, but will say that overall we have always felt our kids were in safe, capable hands. I have always felt confident in referring friends to Primrose as a great option for their children."
"Primrose at Palm Valley was the best decision that I made as a mom. My daughter started at Primrose when she was 16 months old. I was that mom who was skeptical about strangers caring for my daughter. I heard all the scary rumors and horror stories about daycares. I was referred to Primrose from a friend. This friend ranted and raved about Primrose. And she was right. Starting with the first time and every time after, I was greeted by name and a friendly smile. When my daughter first started, she cried and I felt so guilty as a mom leaving her with strangers. The school said I could call as many times to check on her. They would even send me pictures. The several phone calls that I made in the beginning, lessened as time went on and then eventually stopped. My heart was happy and content. Primrose is not the average school, they go above and beyond to ensure a positive environment and encourage physical and mental growth. During the time when life took a turn with my health, Mrs. Verlardi was understanding and truly cared about me and my daughters well being. She passes this compassion to her employees, who are like family. I would recommend Primrose to anyone looking for a safe and positive learning environment. -Natalie Padilla"
