"This location needs some attention. I have been here a few times since i work close by. The lobby is always dirty and floor is sticky. The food is always cold and the customer service is horrible. I just ordered food in the drive through and the greeting I received was " what do you want?" That's not very welcoming. Upper management needs to spend some time at this location before you have no customers."

"All the tables in the store were a mess. Had to wipe a table off just to eat in. We were the only ones there at the time. Didn't look short staffed and crew standing around. Time management may need some help? Didn't have any impossible burgers left, 6:00 pm ish? Not totally trashed, just needed a wipe down at the least. Just my observation."

"Food is always old even when being reassured they would make it fresh. This place needs either new management or to be shut down. It’s disgusting how long food sits under a heat lamp then is given out to a paying customer. It’s bk I’m supposed to have it my way and this is not what I asked for."

"Ordered 2 whopper meals, both burgers were cold. Tomatoes were shriveled. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, meat was raw! Will not be back."

"Went there to try two of their chicken wrap sandwiches got home completely disappointed, maybe a sliver of the chicken (1/2 x 1 inch), lettuce almost non-existing and tomato that was so small it looked like a cherry tomato. I know there's a difference between the commercial pictures and reality but it was not even close. I would like the owner of this particular Burger King to contact me as his employees were hanging their hair in the fries not wearing gloves and ignoring a customer at the front counter while playing games in the back. Make me the manager for one month I'll change that place to a high efficiency and clean standard."
