You feel so supported because you have a whole team of people behind you helping you with your treatment needs. The ENTIRE staff is kind & compassionate from the transportation drivers to the therapists. You can tell they really care about you & enjoy their jobs. The food is great & they really listen to you if you do happen to have an issue with staff. All in all a great place to be if you need the help."

"Great place to go if you want to be talked down to, dismissed, and treated like some creature less than human who is clearly too incompetent to take care of yourself - instead of a fellow human being who is struggling with life. I can confidently say my mental health improved once I left, because it couldn't possibly get any worse due to my stay there. Rude miserable staff, and unprofessional callousness is to be expected. The workers definetely enjoy their own fair share of medication. If you care at all about your mental health, do not go here, it will heavily discourage you from getting any help in the future.
