"I had an Emergency at my residence earlier and called 911. The response time was atrocious! I would have been far better driving to the ER, than waiting for gold cross to show up. When they finally arrived to check out the injured 3 year old, The EMT’s had ZERO urgency. they casually walked to the back of the ambulance to get the gurney and they just walked up the driveway as I’m trying to get them to hurry instead of pulling up it like I instructed them. The EMTs didn’t seem well trained at all. The firemen were good and trained fair better! Bad experience all around."

"They are dishonest, inconsistent, awful at communicating. Paid with 2 insurances to cover a bill they said it was settled and then 2 years later submit to collections and I at this point insurance can't be resubmitted so I had to pay for it in full. They were willing to do nothing despite the fact that 2 years ago they agreed to resubmit to both in my insurances."

"I waited for what seemed to be a long time. I was in pain. The EMTs that arrived were not able to give me anything to relieve the pain. No one had the key to the medication cabinet in the ambulance. I had to wait until their supervisor arrived with the key. Not very professional."

"Crooks!! Absolute Crooks! Totally caught overcharging my wife's service after someone ran a red light. Both my insurance company and attorney showed Gold Cross is breaking state law on how it charges patients. They overcharge just enough to where its not worth legally fighting it. They then thumb their nose and wait out the problem knowing your credit is at risk. Very sad they take advantage of hurt people that need urgent life saving care. I wish I had the the means to sue. This is a really really bad Company!!!!! If Gold Cross shows up at your accident, you need a miracle."

"The emt’s tried to talk my mom into not being transported to the hospital. Luckily she had them take her anyway but they were extra rough with her and mad that they had to take her. It ended up being an acute gallbladder attack and she had emergency surgery that night. A second experience that was actually before this one is thy we called the ambulance for my dad since I was at least 30 min away. I was on the way to the house to be with my mom while dad was going to the hospital and by the time I got there they still had not arrived!! I don’t like to leave bad reviews places because everyone makes mistakes but cmon. This is supposed to be emergency help and they try to talk someone out of going when my mom literally could not move from the place she was sitting."
