"The Village at Sun Valley does try and will try to help everyone. This community does not want anyone to move. No fancy stainless steel or hood oven stove or expensive appliances but our rent is affordable compared to the other communities. I refuse to pay 1800 and 2000 for a 2 bedroom apartment anywhere else. The maintenance crew is phenomenal, hardworking and respectful. They are responsible maintenance men. The office crew is really sweet and if you communicate they will go above and beyond. Jennifer is one of the best in the leasing field and is very thorough and thoughtful. It’s also quiet over here and there is a lot of people that walk, bike-ride and exercise so when you leave your apartment there are plenty of people on the streets at night for safety. Give ‘‘em a try and save your money for home ownership when this economy gets better."

"Nice apartment. Only thing I really don’t like is that I have no choice but to go with quantum fiber as my internet. This internet company honestly sucks, we have had no internet for almost a week because of some outage…this is insane. Edit: I am giving it 2 stars, because we still don’t have internet (it’s been 11 days now). We literally had tech guys come over twice. Would be nice if I could have cox again."
