"I have no complaints about this complex. I have lived here for a year and have signed another lease. Everything in my apartment always works and if I need maintenance to change filters it is super easy to request it. I am a single gal and always feel safe in my apartment and when I walk my dog at night. My neighbors are very quiet and everyone seems nice. My only complaint is the dog park gets poopy but that is the other residents fault, I have seen the super awesome maintenance guys cleaning it up on Saturday mornings which I appreciate even though they shouldn't be responsible for the careless dog owners. We get monthly food truck events and the pool is getting redone now just in time for the summer! I enjoy living here very much."
"This property seems nice when you are touring it but it is expensive for “luxury” apartments and nothing about it is luxury. The gym is small the parking sucks and you will more then likely have to drive around looking for a parking spot for 30 minutes if you and your partner both have vehicles. Fernando seems nice but then will lie. They will send you a move out receipt and if you try to discuss the charges they will threaten to charge you more. Karin the property manager is extremely rude when you speak with her. She does not respond to phone calls and takes weeks to respond to emails. Maintenance was the only good thing about the company but even then we were told that we wouldn’t get charged for the scratches in the flooring because they know how easy it is to scratch and that they replace the floor in every apartment anyways and then we were charged for it. I would avoid this complex as you can find something that is better priced, has more amenities on property and a staff who isn’t going to lie."
"The Premiere at Dana Park is modern community and offers great pricing. Fernando the leasing agent is a very genuine guy that will take care of you and all of your most difficult questions. I personally had a great experience at The Premiere and amazing respectable people are in the office."
"I wouldn't recommend this complex to my worst enemy... Let me explain why. In short: - Dog feces and urine everywhere - Large cockroaches - Some of the residents are big partiers/shady characters - They will scam you and try to get as much money out of you as possible - No security - Parking situation sucks I lived here with my partner for a year, and we knew a few months in that we wouldn't be renewing. The whole complex is covered in huge piles of dog poop, and the "dog park" gave our pup an eye infection the first week because it's so filthy. The poop is the fault of the residents, as most people that live here and have pets are careless about picking up after them. But the management doesn't do much to get it cleaned up either. In addition to the copious amounts of poop everywhere, we also had frequent sightings of LARGE cockroaches. We understand that this is bound to happen occasionally being in AZ, and the leasing office was pretty good about bringing in a bug sprayer right away, but the issue persisted because our neighbors were dirty and left trash and cardboard on their porch. Another thing to be aware of here is that they will force you to use their wifi provider. The wifi would often turn off or not work for extended periods and it's difficult to get in touch with the company because it seems to be a smaller local provider. I work from home and there was one instance where I didn't have wifi for almost 2 weeks. The wifi company wasn't fixing the issue and the leasing office told me I wasn't allowed to bring in another provider, even though the lack of wifi was preventing me from doing my job. When you let them know you're moving out, they will try to get you to sign a form that legally allows them to charge you whatever they deem necessary in move out costs. My partner and I were very clean and considerate, but are still being asked to pay over $100 on top of what we already paid for our security deposit of $600. If you leave one small mark on the floors, expect to pay for the entire room of flooring to be replaced. In addition to the complex being dirty, I also witnessed several uncomfortable and disturbing domestic disputes while living here. There are zero security cameras on site and most of the gates are open or broken, so there's not a real sense of safety. We also had a family members car get broken into right in front of the leasing office and none of it was captured on camera. We had to go over to the Circle K to see if they had any footage. The only good thing about living here was the quick response to maintenance requests. Shoutout to the maintenance staff. I genuinely wish we had never signed a lease here and I'm happy to be out."
"I have lived at the Premiere at Dana Park for the last 2 years and have always felt taken care of by the management team here. As a young woman I feel safe living here and know that I can count on the staff if I need anything. The maintenance guys have always been very timely with anything I need and are always keeping an eye out for the property. One of the things that stood out to me the most was one morning I went to the gym and I got scared because it was still dark out and there was a big white van parked outside of the gym. The staff was there and escorted me to the gym safely and was able to reassure me that the van was one of the residents work vehicles- but this made me feel very safe and taken care of. Ultimately, this is a quiet, peaceful, and safe residence if that is what you are looking for :) However upon move out- be prepared to pay over 700+$ to replace the entire vinyl flooring for just normal wear and tear.. seems every resident who lives here is paying the price."
