"This is honestly the best maintained apartment complex I’ve lived in. I moved in, in July. And shortly after, Cesar the maintenance supervisor came aboard and everything has been a breeze since. He always goes above and beyond to make everyone’s living quarters comfortable and a happy place to be. He’s always on top of everything and doesn’t waste any time. He definitely crosses his T’s and dots his i’s when it comes to professionalism. He definitely deserves a raise for all his hard work. Everyone that works at this complex is amazing and I’m proud to live here. I will be signing another lease! That’s for sure. Thank you to Cesar and the maintenance team for everything!!"

"My experience at Aztec Springs was nothing short of a nightmare. Communication was abysmal from the jump. Hidden fees kept popping up every month and getting any kind of straight answer from the management office felt like pulling teeth. The lack of transparency continued throughout my tenancy. Misleading information was the norm, not the exception. I was promised amenities that never materialized and the advertised quickness and urgency of maintenance and repairs turned out to be “We’ll get to it eventually, maybe.” Every issue like leaky faucets, (always fixed temporarily if at all) broken microwave, etc would take weeks or months to get addressed. Living here was a constant frustration and disappointing experience overall. With dozens of apartment complexes popping up every year I recommend you take your money elsewhere. This place is in need of serious change to keep up."

"I should’ve checked these reviews before renting. We live in Arizona so of course there’s going to be creepy crawlers, but this is bug paradise! Not to mention high crime area. They charge a cleaning deposit, but obviously didn’t bother to clean after the move-in. Stains on the walls, carpet. If you’re looking for a place to sleep a night, this place might be OK if you work two jobs and rarely see it in the daytime. But, if you want to have a “home“, this place is not it."

"Luxury abounds they say! From awful landscaping, to ill maintained buildings-inside and out, bug problems, and crime, this is most definitely not luxury living. They completely lie to you. There is no courtesy patrol, cars are frequently broken into, things around the community frequently vandalized. The pools do not sparkle and are not heated. They do tend to be closed frequently, because as we were once told by management, the pools are cleaned when maintenance gets around to it, there's no set schedule. They try really hard to grow grass, plant seed so many times a year, and yet they can't keep it alive. They spend so much money trying to grow grass and it just looks awful year round. Inside, the apartments are outdated. Things damaged by precious tenants are not replaced, mold grows in between the paint and walls near the windows. There's so many layers of paint on these walls it practically falls off. The whole complex has a huge roach issue and no matter how many times pest control comes to spray, you'll never see a decrease in activity inside AND outside your luxurious apartment home. We've heard this from multiple neighbors in different buildings and experienced it in our own building. We were told there was no bug activity, but the amount of roach poo caked into every crevice says otherwise. It's absolutely foul and they will do nothing about it. We had pest control spray every week for months before the guy finally said he couldn't spray anymore or it would become toxic to humans. Still have a bug problem. This apartment community is not what they'll lead you to believe. Stay far, far, far away from this place."
