"Place is starting to move in right direction. Evelyn is trying but a lot still needs to be done. Wouldn't consider it luxury homes and the price is far from what you get. Landscape is still needed to trim bushes. People are moving out fast. A lot needs improvement before can be considered luxury. I wish Evelyn the best of luck with this property. I hope she can make it as good as they SAY it is"

"I've lived here for years. It's awful. We've had 4 different management company's and the new one is the worse. When we first moved in they called this place upgraded because they painted the walls and put in new vinyl flooring but they didn't even clean the walls before they painted over the grime so when it gets humid the grime comes through the paint and I constantly have to clean it and it's still happening years later! Rent is super high for what you get and none of the people that live here have any kind of respect. inconsiderate neighbors yelling at each other or playing their music too loud, etc.. the trash guy slams the dumpster every single morning so hard it shakes the ground. new management company is calling these places luxury!!! Just to raise my rent to an enormous amount that I can't afford now. my rent has gone up from $800 to $1300. Now we have roaches!! thank you dirty neighbors!!! Nope we're out. They haven't even cut the grass for a month!!! luxury? Where?"

"I had been here in the late 90s it was a dump then. I was feeling some one love in and was amazed at how good the grounds and the apartments looked. No crummy carpets anymore . Nice flooring & washer& dryer in units. Nice improvements."

"By far the best management team I've felt with. You don't see them get frustrated because you have questions. The maintenance team is outstanding. They are always on the calls.. ive waited over a month and a half before for something to get looked at at fixed or just even acknowledged. they see me walking they ask if everything is still working right. The propertg manager calls to make sure everything was addressed to my liking. Thank you so much for working and being a great team!"

"Angelica and Emily ARE AMAZING!!! AMAZING! They really listen and care about the residents, including the children. We have new owners, newly painted, attractive buildings, new pool furniture, new maintenance crew and the changes keep coming! It's not all talk and no show either. I didn't have a problem with the last staff but these ladies UPED the standard. I hope they get to stay with us. Unfortunately, businesses are in business to make money and I'm pretty sure they will move them on to the next upgrading project. In the meantime, I'm soaking it in, like the Arizona sun. I wish I could upload pictures. The site isn't updated yet. With these ladies!? It's coming soon, I'm sure. By the way, my neighbors are great, quite, no drama and the children are respectful. It's full of working people that mind their own business. It's kept clean and in good repair. I have no complaints about anything. You get what you pay for here and people treat you the way you treat them."
