Genoa Lakes Apartments

"After living here for almost 6 months, I can confidently say that this place is the best apartment I’ve lived in. Maintenance has always been quick to resolve any issues in the apartment within 1-2 days of submitting a request. The neighbors are friendly and the community is very clean and quiet. If you are looking for a change, I would definitely recommend coming and checking this place out!"

"I lived at Genoa Lakes from 2013 to 2021, the owners then cleaned the lake out in 2014, and when Greystar purchased the Community, never cleaned out the Lake, that's why it always stunk and smelt like dead fish!! I loved my HOME, but was getting worse.. Neighbors smoking Pot, and coming into everyone homes next to them.. Dog poop was getting worse on the grounds, tenants wouldn't pick up after their dog.. Thought it would get better, but realized after they didn't renew my lease, for wanted to do a remodel, and I moved, so Glad I did.. Greystar is a terrible Company, do not care about their tenants.. The Manager Laura Precise tried to help me, but Greystar Management didn't care... Please think about living at Genoa Lakes.. Hope Greystar cleans the Lake soon, they should be Fined from the State of Arizona..."

"Been here since August 2023, move in was easy and the staff are nice and responsive. The unit is nice especially for the price, we looked for a while and this one was the best for the money. Our unit has a wood burning fireplace which is amazing for those cold nights. Over all we like this apartment and the location is pretty good as well. Also, there are pet clean up bags and trash areas so it’s super convenient. I think we will definitely be staying for a couple years as long as rent doesn’t go up too much."

"Living at Genoa Lakes is like living at home but with resort amenities. The common areas; Swimming pool, lake, garden, gym, parks for children and places for recreation are beautiful and well maintained. The orientation, communication and attention in the administration are very professional and very helpful to all of us who live here. I definitely recommend living here!"
