"DO NOT RENT HERE! They are trying to charge people rent that is already payed just because they can not keep a manager at this place and payments were “lost” . Also tweakers everywhere. Disgusting"

"Even though arbor on Broadway has some good managers . They could not do anything right . That place is full of tweeker that use the laundry room has bathroom and a smokeing area . The could not fix my AC United witch has a ceiling falling in , told them bout the place mold and water damage. I told them bout the rat and roaches problem. They left a giant hole in my wall when they where fixing my tub. Their so much more wrong with this place . All those apartments are fill with mold and peat not just one all of them. On top of that they can't give notice out when they do work on the water and stuff. Had no hot water for a month and it winter. I could go on and on . Like how manger where not on property at all for mostly a year."

"The management in Arbors Apartments Diana she's amazing she is very polite helpful assertful and listens she gets to the problems right away and intends to the problem as soon as she gets it we really appreciate it we've been through so many management and never got nothing done until we had Diana she always has a smile on her face and always welcoming make sure the maintenance is doing their job and got the pool open and the attendant seem more happier now that we have her around and she's in the office at all times and make sure there's no homeless people hanging out or doing other activities thank you for coming to our apartment Diane"

"This complex is the WORST ever. My mother in law lives here and it has been nothing but problems. Mold growing in ceiling, a/c leaking with a huge hole that's left open and has not been repaired for going on 6 mo already not to mention the a/c unit goes out frequently. They are quick to want your rent but not quick to make repairs. Regardless of being under "NEW" management they still don't do anything. Crime and drug use there is off the chain my in law has been threatened and now having rocks thrown at her from an irate tenant. Police there every day. Very very very disappointed with this complex and management!!!!"
