"This is my first apartment I’ve rented on my own. Lived here a year and a half, and I consider it an ideal place for someone’s first solo living experience. Spacious living room, in unit washer and dryer. Do a lot of online shopping and never had to deal with package thieves. I dealt with cockroaches the first 3-4 months, no issues since. No issues with AC. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to live on your own."

"My last review taken down for no reason. I am currently renting and cannot wait until my lease is up. Walls are super thin and can hear everything the neighbor does. The old management company was great(CAM properties). Ms. Nita was sweet. This new leasing staff is rude and likes to argue when you are asking simple questions. Kids are always playing outside even at 10PM. The new company takes advantage of the fact that Arizona does not have rent control and will increase rent by 44% because "they can". It takes maintenance requests takes weeks to come and have to submit multiple requests just to get told that nothing is wrong when it is. BELIEVE the negative reviews...try your best to avoid leasing here."
