"I have asked now probably 10 times to get a working gate clicker and pool key. I moved in back in September and STILL don’t have a gate clicker. I was given one that was not programmed along with a garage clicker not programmed but I got the garage to work. Gate clicker still doesn’t work then Maria dropped off a new gate clicker for me two weeks ago and it doesn’t work. This is so frustrating and I pay $3100 to live here and it is like pulling teeth to get in touch with anyone. I called in last week and was told I would get a call back and still waiting. Super frustrating and very disorganized to say the least. When I moved in my place was disgusting and not cleaned. The shower had residue from the previous tenant and the pendants and ceiling fans had a layer of dust on them. Honestly disappointed in the lack of communication and preparation of cam properties."
