"Tried leaving this on my actual complex page but it got deleted. Go figure. RUN AWAY! DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS APARTMENT. The past three years of living here have been hell. let's start from the beginning. First of all the light to even turn into this apartment takes forever. You will waste hours of your life waiting to turn into this complex. Then there's only one way in and one way out. But people who live close to entrance are zooming through the parking lot getting out the entrance gate. I can't even believe how many crashes I've almost gotten into just trying to enter into this god forsaken place. Not to mention there never is any parking so good luck having any type of company over. I lived in building 2 third floor and if you are a light sleeper, GOOD LUCK. all I heard from my master bed room was the light rail and Sunstate rental place that loads their equipment in the early hours of the morning. & anytime they reverse, constant beeps. Car enthusiast treat Washington st like it's their own personal drag strip. The energy here is DARK. someone took their life in the parking lot. The property manager Polly lacks empathy and emotion. High turn over between staffing office. Heard all the staff had to sign non disclose agreements about an incident they tried to sweep under the rug ;) They will add extra little fees here and there to your rent and try to drain you of every penny. Get ready to pay extra to receive packages and mail "convenience fees" the MATH AINT MATHIN The price at what they are offering is laughable. A complete and utter rip off. I regret wasting money and years of my life at this horrendous property. The dog park is disgusting. Smallest thing I've ever seen. They slap on some paint on old buildings and equipment and wanna up charge you. You better spend all your time in the clubhouse cause that's were all your money is going. That and Polly's 2010 bmw. GOODBYE MANDARINA AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM AVANTI"

"This place burned me good. (Ava ti In my experience and many other peoples, they don’t care about you. I have a new born son and my APARTMENT WAS BROKEN INTO and MY CAR WAS STOLEN while their gate was broken for the 4th time in 4 months. They’re security takes voicemails and is only for noisy neighbor complaints. Worst part is that they said my safety was a personal problem. So to say the least. If you like paying 177 dollars on tip of rent for unfulfilled promises and taxes this is the place for you. If you like walking your baby on the grass because the sidewalk is being watered this is the place for you. If you like homeless people sleeping on your patio this is the place for you. Lastly , if you don’t like feeling safe where you live, this is the place for you."

"Update* I have called your office several times. No answer, no returned calls. NOTHING! This company is an absolute joke. They have sent many families into poverty with their fees & poor management. I have been renting an apartment for 2 years. As long as Avanti has taken over, there has been nothing but chaos coming from that office. They have now lost documents FOUR different times & I have had accompanied fees to go with that. I also had covid & they made my life a living hell while I was trying to survive. I feel like my children & I are walking moneybags for them. We are exhausted!!!"
