"This is the worst apartment i have ever lived in my entire life. Management has no idea what's going on ever. First when i moved in, the apartment was TRASHED. Second, our dryer stopped working and they wouldn't get us a new for about 3 weeks until we threatened Arizona renters law. Third, they won't hire more maintenance people which i know sucks on the guys working. That's why work orders are constantly backed up and take weeks to get to. RECORD EVERYTHING YOU TALK WITH THEM ABOUT!!! Fourth, the entire apartment flooded (not due to us) and we were charged with 7,000 dollars upon move out. I called corporate and told them i would sue if these charges were not dropped, thankfully they were. However we still somehow owed for who knows what, then was sent to debt collectors, and it was the WRONG amount so then we had to dispute with the palladium and they agreed to lower it. I just want to mention they never took the money out of our deposit for that, which is the law to take it out of the deposit. There was no reason to send us to a debt collection agency, they charged us after the 30 legal days. This apartment is a SCAM. Take your money elsewhere i promise you will find a way better apartment. I'm literally begging you people, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!! This was the worst place i have ever lived and i have no idea how they are still functioning. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! The way I’d describe being free from this as FREE FROM THE CHAINS OF HELL!!!!!! Seriously you guys take your money and go somewhere else"

"DONT FALL FOR THE TRAP!! This was the worst apartment I ever lived in. From the moment we moved in, the place was disgusting and not pre-cleaned. We lived with broken appliances for months until they finally ordered new ones for us. The grounds are disgusting, the pool was always closed or dirty. And to top it all off…without any notice they sent a random charge to a debt collector an entire year after we moved out. From the reviews, it sounds like this happens to everyone. While the location is great, I promise you it is not worth it for what you will experience while living here."

"DO NOT RENT HERE! I pay for an upgraded apartment, $1,850 a month and I have dealt with nothing but broken appliances, dirt and dust in the washer and dryer, valet trash not picking up (which I pay for), the large garbage bins always overfilled, thin walls where you can hear EVERYTHING, and furniture sitting on the side of the building. This place is not worth the money, trust me. I’m working on breaking my lease early because it’s that bad."

"Don't recommend living here. I had several maintenance requests that never got done and no matter how many times you request it. Somehow mine just kept getting deleted. When I moved out I got charged several fees. 1. For not having rental insurance even though I sent proof to them several times. 2. I was unaware I had to hire a PROFESSIONAL cleaner. I took videos that it was clean and spent hours making sure it looked great and still got charged. Somehow there was vinyl damage. I asked where and it was never marked where and I asked for pictures and they were never provided to me. Oh and a valet trash fee. Make sure if you leave your trash out to make sure it tightly fits in the garbage can or they refuse to pick it up and instead of just taking it they write you a lovely post it note and charge you a fee. I'm pretty sure I had mold also in my bathroom but that never got addressed. I also never got closet doors for my washer and dryer and lived there for 13 months. They loose everything and charged me extra for loosing my notice even though I clearly sent it. It's just funny how they never seem to have anything. Don't deal with the headache and stress and find a place that actually can do their job efficiently."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. like actually it’s really not worth it i have a million and one things to complain about whether it’s about the building it’s self, cleanliness, or management there is nothing good to say about this building and management is really what makes it worse. they could not care less about their residence once you’ve signed the lease and are paying rent they will disregard you and any issues youre having no matter what they are. also they don’t have a manager, i’ve lived here for a year and have never been able to speak to a manager. every time a front desk worker will whip up an excuse as to why you are unable to speak to them and last week when my roommate showed up more than once to speak with the manager the front desk worker just told her “no” after running out of excuses."
