"Lived there from 7/2022-12/2023...1-1/2 yrs. #2061. Unit was remodeled at one time. I'm guessing 3 yrs prior, yet it was destroyed by prior tenants. 1)About 1/4 of outlets non functional, 2)patched holes in walls and doors, 3)outside 'patio' lamp never worked, 4)never used dishwasher but it looked horrible inside, 5)no bedroom window screens & windows rattled, 6)floor tiles broken/cracked EVERYWHERE, 7)...until initial neighbors moved...about 8 months in... cockroachs all over all the time, 8)*****unit was NOT cleaned before we moved in, leftover food in cabinet,etc., 9)cable out of wall didn't work so COX came and fixed it...for wifi, 10)front door had bad gaps on 3 of 4 sides, 11)rain blows in both br windows. Anyway, I put in shelf liner throughout, paid a company to properly clean the unit, etc. *****at move out the unit was cleaner than what we found it! We don't smoke, and didn't put ANY holes in the wall or install tacks or nails. *****YET!!!, we had $878.00 STOLEN FROM OUR DEPOSIT for painting & ?. BLATANT THEFT OF OUR DEPOSIT $!!!!! Note; no use going to court because landlords are set up and will win 99.9% of the time. FACTS."

"If I could do 0 stars I would. The maintenance people do not fix things correctly. The police is always here because of the residents. The gates are always broken. The kids in here are disrespectful. There’s so many roaches it’s ridiculous. The office people don’t care about nothing jordan is the only one that sometimes listens. There’s so much mold because the pipes not to be fix but instead they just patch up the wall"

"READ CONTRACT CAREFULLY!! We wanted to sign a 6 month rental agreement because we were buying a house. They refused, and we didn't have any other options, so we signed a 12 month. They said we could pay an extra month and give notice, then we could break the agreement when we found a house. What they didn't say was that breaking the agreement would void our deposit return. So, even though the apartment was SPOTLESS when we moved out, they refused to return our $1,500 deposit. Live and learn."
