"I love my apartment unit. If there is any repairs needed maintence is quick to fix it. The community manager Joanne is an amazing person to deal with. I would recommend this apartment community I have enjoyed living here."

"We got new management who CARES Got the gate fixed Homeless camp finally off the outside property Don't get me wrong, these apts are nice, full size washer/dryers in your unit, very spacious, especially made for those who are handicapped Pool, and small gym It was just the past mgt who didn't care and let everything go, but now things are looking back to normal"

"It’s not exactly ideal, We called tons of times no one picked up the phone. So we just drove on by the lady at the desk was nice and everything.She said there was a 3 YEAR waiting list. This place is very cheap but you Definitely need to wait 3 years or at least have connections to get anywhere."

"Since they don't answer the phone or emails, we took a trip over to see it. Front desk woman was on her phone facetiming and told us there was a 3 year waiting list. Don't waste your time waiting for a response. She made it pretty clear she didn't need more business."

"The pool is always riddled with bacteria...its rarely clean,you have to harrass the leasing agents to get any work orders done,and the revolving door/turn around for the staff is concerning as well.....otherwise, affordable apt homes(the cabinets and carpet r of poor,cheap quality)but overall cute apts"
