"Place should be called the Ratz. Had a rat infestation for a majority of the time we lived here which management failed to take care of. This went on for probably 5 months before we finally had enough and moved out. Over the course of these events we had many sleepless nights due to the noise of rats in our walls. There were hazardous rat droppings in the AC vents and piled behind our oven which management refused to do anything about. Exterminator for the property seemed to have no idea how to fix the problem and I ended up catching 6 rats in my own in traps Iād purchased. Mind you this is over the course of two management companies. Iām not sure how two such inept entities exist and both managed to be in charge of this property. Have plenty more stories just stay away."
