"Been living here since June of 2023 and if I'm honest, it started out just fine. We were able to get an apartment on short notice and we were excited because we didn't have to pay the application fee because the apartment we were able to get had been refurbished so we couldn't view it. No problem there. The issue started when after moving in, I realized that the 'refurbishing' was a coat of poorly placed paint over just about everything. The sinks in both bathroom are fully painted, countertops and all. The job does not look like they took the time to actually make it look nice. About a month later I noticed there was water damage in the shower of the master bath. When we put in a work order for it, they tightened our shower head and told us not to use it until it was dry. I was willing to look past that and not say anything bad about this place, but then the water started getting shut off every couple of weeks. In fact today (November 20th of 2023) we were told water would be shut off at noon. We were not given a time it would be shut off or turned back on. 3 and a half hours later the water finally got shut off. And we are now being told there is a 3 hour window for it being turned back on. I just got off work, I can't shower, I can't cook anything that counts as an actual meal, I can't even go to the bathroom in the place I'm paying 1600 a month to live in. It's ridiculous to think the water has to be shut fully off for every sprinkler issue, every leak, every tiny fix. On top of this, the washers and dryers are constantly broken. One washer hasn't been working for 2 weeks and they haven't done anything. About half of the dryers haven't worked properly SINCE WE MOVED IN. The dryers just don't dry the clothes sometimes and when they make you buy a laundry card and put money on it. It sorr of makes it feel like they just want to get as much morney out of you as possible. If you ask me. Go somewhere else. This place isn't worth it. I was in low income housing before this and the only thing better about this place, is the amount of kitchen space."
