Radisson Hotel Casa Grande

"Such a horrible experience. We arrived and the systems were down so the front desk agent said she needed to make a copy of our credit card which we didn’t feel comfortable with. She called a coworker to see if there was anything they could do and while she had the coworker on speaker phone they talked about how terrible their manager is and how she refuses to help them on her days off. She proceeded to check us in to our hotel room with her coworker on the phone still talking poorly of their manager. Seemed like she they talked more about their manager than a potential solution to the issue. We allowed her to take a copy of the credit card so we could just get checked in as she said that was our only option. During the booking process I requested an upper floor, she put us on the first floor and said they can’t move us and again offered no solution. We got to the room the shower was visibly dirty, the toilet paper was ripped and used by the previous guest, and there was a roach in the room. Multiple lightbulbs were burnt out, the door didn’t seal completely, there was a spill on the floor right as you enter the room. We cancelled our second night and went elsewhere."

"Horrendous! Remodel fail if it was remodeled. At first glance, it is ok but every detail is a mess. We got in The elevator with trash on the floors, paint splattered on floors, missing wall pieces, and torn up door. The room we stayed in had warped floors, cracked and stained walls, mold in the bathroom, paint on the wrong surdaces, behind the toilet wasn’t even painted, broken bathroom mirror hanging. So so gross! The “store” is pictured. There was no restaurant for people to order dinner from when they arrived. It turned into a karaoke lounge and bar for over 21 yrs old with senior locals coming in for Friday fun. What a disaster! We had two nights booked. We stayed the night and left. The train tracks run all night also."

"I don't understand why this hotel has such a low rating. Rooms are clean, modern, spacious. All the accessories, like a Kuerig, higher end fridge, lights, chairs, and benches are better than any hotel I have stayed in at this price point. The property view of the pool, with the beautiful mature palm trees was beautiful as well. I live in hotels because of my job, and in Casa Grande regularly. For 8 years, I have avoided this hotel because of reviews. Now, this will be my regular when I am in town."

"First room #125 bathroom was dirty.. lady moved us to room #140 shower knob kept getting stuck. Room had no shampoo or conditioner. We called and they sent us some. Pool is not heated. I feel like front desk girl tried but enough."

"I read reviews before staying here and had some concerns. Let me tell you I am completely stumped at the negative reviews talking about old rooms. We were completely surprised as to how new and nice our room was when we walked in. Maybe they remodeled, but it was perfect. Directly in town and close to the soccer fields at Grande sports complex. Definitely five stars. Front desk lady was super nice as well. Will be staying here again for sure."
