I did not set up auto pay for that card, so why are you going into my account and running every card that I have used overtime until it processes seems like kind of fishy and not legal that you just go into people account and take money when I use a certain card when I pay my bills which I always pay on time I’m actually really tired of this place and I’m gonna be leaving soon"

"Getting rude harassment calls and my family. They said I'm late due over the weekend holiday and told them I'll pay thrusday on payday. But got rude remarks. Belittling me about me being late. Texting and calls not only me but family members. I did inform the BBB AND Headquarters of rent a center but no one ever answer the line. So for sure I am never get anything from them again. Twice I've had bad experience."

"So what can I say about Rent A Center. I have so much to say about this job it’s not even funny. So much drugs were done behind the counters, my first week there my sales manager was doing lines off my store managers desk. They worked me like a slave, but I always got the job done, and rarely complained. I worked a lot of 1 Man delivery jobs when there was available employees at the site, the sales manager just wanted his work load lightened. I split my scalp with a reclining chair and instead of going to the hospital for stitches I wrapped a shirt around my head, finished the job and when I got back the sales manager was trying to send me to deliver a living room set (couches, coffee table, & TV) to another customer.(1 Man Job) No compassion whatsoever. So if you want to shop with them, or work for them by all means you make your own choices, but this is a freakin mob lol sometimes things were charged off and we harassed people to get it anyway just so my manager could resale for there own benefit lol do yourself a favor and treat yourself better. They have nice things but so does AArons, Conns, Buddys, etc."

"Don't go RAC by Safeway worst customer service I took my mother's laptop back to them because it wouldn't and Kristen and credit manager both looked at it seen nothing wrong with it except for the fact it wouldn't charge and told metil it was the would put the payments on hold till it was fixed then when we called to pay on her phone and they tried to charge for both I told Kristen the payments are supposed be on for the laptop and she said who said that I told her you did this RAC is really needs to be investigated by corporate."
