"I moved in 3 days ago. The grounds are beautiful and super-tidy — but my apartment is a train wreck. If you are considering Zaterra, ask to inspect your actual unit BEFORE signing the lease and inspect it THOROUGHLY. You’ll want to make sure they don’t pull a “bait and switch” on you. My unit does NOT have wood-style plank floors as advertised. It has some cheap-looking vinyl-ish flooring that peels. And I couldn’t just “sign up and plug in” to access Cox as advertised - the coax cable in my unit is stripped. Also, maintenance/third-party repair techs have been here EVERY DAY since I moved in to fix a water leak in the wall behind the toilet in the master bath (haven’t been able to use), fix a broken kitchen cabinet, and remove remnants of red painter’s tape someone left on the front door. And there are other issues like chipped veneer on cabinets, chipped countertops, and discolored mirrors. Definitely not my definition of “luxury.” Property management is quick with cringeworthy apologies, assurances they are “working to fix things as soon as possible,” and Zaterra-branded sunglasses. But none of that makes up for the fact that I am having to spend MY TIME dealing with THEIR PROBLEMS — problems that could have been avoided had they done a simple quality inspection before I moved in. Zaterra/PB Bell should be embarrassed. So Future Resident, save yourself a headache - rent elsewhere with a different property management company."

"Just moved here back in July for the most part I love the apartment complex the staff are professional and friendly they often have community events involving everyone in the community and I love that maintenance have a quick response to your work orders. The administrative staff are great as well Sammantha is a great team member who is friendly and helpful so if your considering zaterra luxury apartments for your next residence I highly recommend"

He is a great asset to the property! Zaterra is fantastic! The office staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt, professional, and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and inviting. I am enjoying living here; I feel at home."
"I tried to edit my previous review and it was taken down for some reason, so I'm posting again. We’ve been living here for 10 months now. We can confidently say that this community is way overpriced for the unit quality and level of service you get here. The word “luxury” in the community name only pertains to the price tag but nothing else. There’s a word limit here so I can’t talk about issues in detail. But one of the main issues here is that they were rushing to open up this community last summer and that led to a lot of things being done very poorly. For example, they forgot to install a heater in our unit, which we only knew about mid December. And the technician told us we’re not the only residents that had this issue. The publicized “smart home technology” is a complete disaster. We just got the thermostat to work through the app last month after paying the premium for 9 months without actually having the feature. Also, weed smoke is a big problem here. We often smell it inside our apartment because it comes through the bathroom vents from the neighbors. Check my Yelp review for more details."
