Seven Springs

"I've lived here for over 3 yrs . Wanda( property manager) and her husband Kevin (co-manager) both work and live at this address which brings a sense of security. Knowing they both are on property 24/7 provides a personal touch to those living here. The property however is not updated and is needing many updates including more detailed extermination inside apartments. Great to be in my italian cave"

"Wanda and Kevin are the reason I'm giving five stars. They make seven Springs a wonderful experience. Great management is key. (Corporate landlords should take note. Caring about your tenant experience goes a long way) Sure, this is no Mark Taylor building/luxury complex. But the community is quiet, and the management will always work with you, especially if you're reasonable and kind. Maintenance is usually good as well, you may need to be a little persistent. Limited sunshine in the studios/apartments, but there's always hot water. Utilities being included is a huge plus!"

"My best friend first moved in there and the manager was very helpful and professional. This place isn't the Phoenician but it's also not the price of it. You certainly get your money wortht here. It's quiet and seems like good people here. The pool is an eye sore but hey again it's not the Sheridan."

"This place has got a way worse rep than it deserves. Management is friendly and professional/always trying to do what it takes to keep the building alive. It’s very mom and pop so if you aren’t a fan of corporate complexes it’s great and also pet friendly. The couple that care for the property are very kind as well as the repair man! People want champagne on a beer budget and you can’t do much about that!"

"Just like a few other people, I paid my $50 and was told as long as I don’t have any felonies or evictions then I would be approved but they called me about 15mins later to tell me that I was denied, but couldn’t tell me why because I do not have any felonies or evictions at all. I believe they just like taking people money. Good thing I already have a place to live!"
