"I’ve lived here a year, signed my lease for another. No complaints, I love it here. The leasing staff is great. Maintenance is great! Jerry is on top of things, always friendly, great attitude, respectful and makes sure to follow up with any requests."
"I've lived here for almost 2 years and I can say I've had my fair share of positives and negatives. My overall review is that this apartment is extremely overpriced for what you get. Broken gate, mid tier amenities and low quality appliances/construction. Staff is friendly and parking is never an issue. However, I firmly believe the cost of living here is outrageous for what you get. Pros: - Ed is always super friendly and helpful - I can say that I've never had an issue with parking/space. We have 2 cars between my roommate and I and there's never an issue. - Little to no issues with matinence or complex staff. Everyone is always relatively polite but I don't really have much encounters. - Location is great. 5 minutes from downtown but also far enough out to avoid some of the hustle and bustle of the city. Cons: - You're paying way more then the complex is worth. There are nicer complex's with the same amenities in way better condition. - Food, packages and guests are a no no. The gate has been broken since I moved in, so there's no way to buzz anyone in. Most delivery drivers have a hard time delivering especially if the office is closed, or no one's home. - It's not as safe as it seems. About a week ago we had someone running from the police enter the complex, followed by 10+ police officers. It was not addressed by staff as to what happened. - Homeless individuals around the complex are at an all time high, and they're often sitting outside when you leave/enter the complex. I don't reccomend a first floor apartment facing out. Neutrals: - Before renting the 2 bedroom here, I had a studio and never had a matinence issues. My 2 bed has been nothing but issues. Our ice maker has been broken for well over a month. They said they needed to order a new one, but we haven't gotten any word. Seems as though it's a hit or miss when it comes to your unit. - You get what you pay for for the most part. Rents are expensive and this is an average price for living in the city. However, the only reason I left my studio was because they wanted exactly what I pay for a 2 bedroom when it came to releasing. I wouldn't reccomend staying here more than a year if you're trying to stay in a budget. Overall, the complex isn't horrible, but it isn't great. This complex has housed me through my last 2 years of my education and it was suitable for me while I was in school because of the location to campus and the cost. Now that I'm graduating, I will be moving somewhere with significantly more pros for the exact same price. Even though this complex is only 5 minutes from my office, I feel as though I can no longer justify the cost of living here for what you get."
"I absolutely LOVE this complex, especially the leasing office staff. Ed is an absolute charm, Brittney is a delight and so informative and Charlene is a fire sign after my own heart. They are always on top of my packages, respond promptly to any concerns, someone is always available to take my call and if there is any maintenance issues, it’s resolved expeditiously. 5 stars and then some!"
"The management and maintenance team are so quick to fix any issues! I submitted a service request and they had it done within the day! The team is so friendly and I have had zero complaints while living here. I hope to renew my lease and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in midtown :)"
"Parc midtown claims to be a luxury apartment complex but it couldn't be farther from that. If you make the unwise decision to move in expect the following: 1. Don't you dare complain about anything. If you do you will be asked to leave at the end of your lease for no reason. Ex. Elevators are disgusting, car gates rarely work, call boxes have not worked since they opened the complex. When it was brought up to Britney who is the manager she accused us of lying and says she stands out in the parking lot for two hours a day. Ridiculous and untrue. 2. Your packages either won't arrive or will be stolen. This complex has an Amazon locker but because they can't make the call box work if they arrive after office hours they have no way to deliver and will be stolen or returned. 3. If you have friends you would like to ever visit, that's a joke. They can't use the call box, you can't grant them access, and they have to park on a sketchy street and you'll have to come down and lead them up. 4. Food delivery that's a no here. 5. The whole complex smells like weed. Like always. Enjoying your balcony is impossible. When our lease wasn't renewed for zero reason except for personal vendetta we were left to find a new home. Now they are trying to charge 1100 after taking our deposits. This place doesn't warrant the price. Avoid at all costs."
