"Never make any repairs even when hounding them for MONTHS. Never return calls. Office was open 1 of 5 days this week. Please DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT DEEPLY."
"If I could I would do zero stars I lived here a couple months back and got out of my lease because of black mold, my apt flooded four times and they didn’t do anything, didn’t take out the drywall nothing and my son and I were getting sick from mold exposure, so just warning everyone don’t live here!"
"I live here because of the location, and that’s about it. We pay for many amenities that aren’t functioning and haven’t my entire time living here. The pool is DISGUSTING (many other reviews show what I mean) and has been the ENTIRE time I’ve lived here (moved in in april), so in the summer I couldn’t even use the pool that I pay for. It got shut down at one point by the city because of the nonexistent filtration. Did anything change? No. It’s still not useable. Disgusting. The elevator has been broken for OVER THREE YEARS, and that is illegal- tried reporting it and no one got back to me. ADA????? The elevators had writing all over it several times since moving here from tenants that have dealt with it longer than I have. I spend extra money to have my groceries delivered now because I pay to have an elevator & live on the third floor, but it hasn’t worked in three years. I was told it’d be fixed in JUNE. I knew how that’d go, surprise surprise it’s mid November and not a single thing has changed. I followed up about it many times, and I was told they were waiting to hear back from whoever was suppose to fix it. Lol for over three years? People have written “don’t move here” “trash” etc. on the walls in the staircase, great look when I have guests over. The “trash” comment is still in the staircase months later. There’s a new property manager every month (wonder why). I’m not one to write reviews, and especially negative ones, but I wanted to warn people of what they’re getting into it before moving in. You definitely will not be getting the amenities and perks that they claim to offer. Such a joke. No need to respond to this saying you’re sorry for my experience and to email directly- instead, actually do something about the many major issues at this property."
"I’ve been trying so desperately to move in and get ahold of literally anybody but it’s just challenge after challenge. Why has it taken two months to even get to sign a lease? They know my phone number so they took me off the list so nobody answers my calls. I even proved to them in person that my calls don’t get even ring, they’re silenced. Took over three weeks for them to even send me an application, the girl who was helping me quit and they couldn’t figure out how to accept an application so I had to call corporate. Now corporate isn’t even able to provide much help, literally all I need is a lease emailed to me. I started this process at the end of august, I was supposed to be moved in early October now I’m just screwed. No help at all, I can’t even put into words how frustrating it was to take the time out of my day to come in the office multiple times just to get snappy responses that led nowhere."
"Full disclosure I don't even live at this complex, but I can see this complex from where I live. This review is on their filthy, swamp like pool. They do not maintain their pool. It's green and filthy most of the time. They don't seem to know their filter is most likely broken and that you actually have to clean the bottom of the pool, to get all of the scum and algae out. You can't just throw pool algicide in the pool so it isn't green anymore, you still have to clean it. They should drain it and start over. I'm sure the people that live here, part of their rent money goes towards maintenance of the pool, but the pool is green, more than it is clean. UPDATE: The homeless junkie that destroyed this pool the first time came back today. He stuffed something in the filter again. He also proceeded to wash himself, his shoes and his bike in the pool. He put his entire bike in the pool to clean. We called the office of the apartment to let them know, but they didn't answer I hope this time the complex drains the pool and scrubs the bottom of the pool to ensure it is clean. The scuzz still remains at the bottom of the pool floor."
