"Everyone I have met or interacted with while I've been living here has been a delight. The management team has always been more than curious and prompt in all of their responses. There was a pipe that went in the unit above and it was caught and handled immediately without causing me any inconvenience. Trails to the preserve are less than a block away. I dig it here."

"I love the apts, area, service and quiet and safe at night. They are renovating though (new apts are awesome) but it’s LOUD during the day sometimes. Jackhammering, etc. so if you work from home or at night you may want to wait until the construction is complete."

"One of my most positive renting experiences so far. They are super fair and are almost always available whenever you need them. No problems thus far and they are super fair. So the reason I wrote this review is because they gave me a discount on rent because there are areas on my floor that always seem to be hot. Roughly 113° they offered $200 a month discount but since have recanted that to a one time discount. They don't have the paper and I can't seem to find my copy so I guess I'm sol. Also they charge for all the community electric and a bunch of other fees yet still haven't tried to make anything more efficient. Such as automatic lights and since they put A/C in the laundry room it greatly affected our additional con service fees. On average I would probably add $200 to whatever they are saying is going to be your monthly rent. Plus you still pay electric and internet. If I originally would have realized how expensive this place was I would have kept looking. Monthly rent is $1025 for me at the moment for 440² ft but the rent bill was $1215 in November."
