"I’ve been a resident for little over 6 months. So far I have had a good experience. When issues arise within my apartment manager is happy to resolve them. Maintenance response time is prompt. I’ve also had great experiences with people in the community as they are friendly. I would totally recommend this place to others."

"I have been a resident at the Halifax for almost 4yrs. A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . They have community events and things for the children at least once a month. It is very helpful that all utilities are included in rent. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. (Yes there may be tenets who do not pick up after their pets) but maintenance and office staff do their best to stay on top of getting it resolved. The workout room is open 24//7 and is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. Parking can be a hassle, but let’s be honest what apartment complex has perfect parking solutions. You are assigned one spot and there is also some unassigned parking spots as well. It is fairly quiet over here, and I really wish they had something bigger than a 3 bedroom to fit my growing family in."

"My time at the Halifax was very unpleasant. I consistently reached out to management, and was denied the support needed as a resident. I reached out to Corporate multiple times and was constantly reverted back to the Property Manager until a corporate representative decided to respond to my inquiry. I have had problems with this complex since the very beginning of my move. They seem to not really want to assist their residents with issues they have involving their quality of living at the Halifax. I would recommend this complex with caution. They also need to improve their cleaning when it comes to shared spaces. Management also was uncooperative when it came to me being able to leave when other housing complexes contacted them regarding my application as well. Moreover, they push fees on their resident when unnecessary. I am disappointed in the management and corporate personnel as they do not conduct in professionalism as well as satisfactory for their residents."
